Delivery FAQ's

Our standard delivery cost is £3.99 for UK delivery which will take up to 3-5 working days, although it is often quicker than this depending on the courier. Occasionally throughout the year we will offer free delivery with an order amount over a certain value. International delivery costs £10.99 and will take 5-15 days. International delivery is only available to selected European countries at present. Please check at the checkout to see if your country is listed. All our orders are despatched via Royal Mail or a carefully chosen courier service from our UK warehouse. We will send all of our items tracked so you will be able to track your delivery during its journey to you. Of course this may mean your delivery may require a signature.

Do you have a shop?

No. We currently operate online only although this may change in the future so watch this space!

What is our returns policy?

At Outside The Box Home and Gifts, customer service and satisfaction is extremely important to us so we have created a simple returns policy to make things easy for you. For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. We always check all orders before we dispatch them however in the unlikely event that your products arrive damaged or what you received doesn’t match your order, we will offer a full refund or replacement within 14 days. Please email images of the damaged item(s) to info@otbhomeandgifts.co.uk and we’ll arrange the refund or replacement. Unless the item(s) has arrived damaged, the return postage will be covered by the customer.

Do you have an environmental policy? What are you doing to reduce your impact on the environment?

We realise that the actions we take as a business can reflect on the wider environment and so we have commited to driving change by using recyclable materials in our packaging wherever possible and minimising packaging waste. We use eco fill in all our packages to protect your items, these eco friendly chips will dissolve in water, helping you to recycle easily and efficiently.

Where is your company based?

We are based in the UK. All of our orders are fulfilled with love and care from our warehouse in Glasgow.
