SHIPPING POLICY

Our shipping options are as follows:

Our Standard delivery cost for the UK is £3.99 per order. We ask that you please allow 7-10 working days for all orders to be delivered by our courier, although we do anticipate to have all orders our within 3-5 working days.

 

All our orders will be dispatched via a carefully chosen courier service. We will send all of our items tracked so you will be able to track your delivery during its journey to you. Of course this may mean your delivery may require a signature.

We take great care to ensure that your purchase reaches you promptly and in excellent condition.

*Please note - All of our items are sent tracked and although we hope your order reaches you within our specified time periods, delays within courier services can occur, particularly during peak periods. Please allow up to 14 working days from your dispatch date for any orders to arrive for the UK.

This being said, we estimate that 98% of orders will be delivered within the delivery periods specified.

RETURNS POLICY

For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method once we have received the items back.

We always check all orders before we dispatch them however in the unlikely event that your products arrive damaged or what you received doesn’t match your order, we will offer a full refund or replacement within 14 days.

 

Please email images of the damaged item(s) to info@otbhomeandgifts.co.uk 

and we’ll arrange the refund or replacement. 

 

Unless the item(s) has arrived damaged, the return postage will be covered by the customer.
