Our shipping options are as follows:
Our Standard delivery cost is £3.99 per order which will take 3-5 working days.
Our First Class delivery service costs £4.99 per order which will take 1-2 working days.
Any orders received after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day. This is extended to 3:30pm where Special Delivery is selected.
For guaranteed next day delivery, we use Royal Mail Special Delivery which costs £10.99 per order and this will ensure your order is with you by 1pm the next working day.
All our orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail or a carefully chosen courier service. We will send all of our items tracked so you will be able to track your delivery during its journey to you. Of course this may mean your delivery may require a signature.

*Please note - All of our items are sent tracked and although we hope your order reaches you within our specified time periods, delays within Royal Mail can happen, particularly during peak periods. Please allow up to 10 working days from your dispatch date for any orders to arrive, unless Special Delivery is selected in which case your order will be guaranteed to arrive the next working day by 1pm. This being said, we estimate that 98% of orders will be delivered within the delivery periods specified.
For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.
We always check all orders before we dispatch them however in the unlikely event that your products arrive damaged or what you received doesn’t match your order, we will offer a full refund or replacement within 14 days.
Please email images of the damaged item(s) to email@example.com and we’ll arrange the refund or replacement.
Unless the item(s) has arrived damaged, the return postage will be covered by the customer.
